The Crusades and the attacks on 9/11 were both the result of religious extremism.   Religion is a personal choice, and it should remain that way. For every argument favoring a single religion over another, there are a dozen reasons why all religions are based on unrealistic and unsupported claims about places like heaven or hell. All religions were created by men whose goals were control and power over others. In modern times, fake religious leaders use religion to live unrealistic lives of great power, luxury and privilege. Depending on the orange buffoon’s mood, the West Wing could experience anything from screaming and yelling to total confusion. There was no organization and no master plan for the daily operation inside the executive branch. A few months ago, the RNC capitulated to Trump’s demands and replaced its leadership. One of the new chairmen is Trump’s daughter-in-law, Lara Trump. She, along with Michael Whatley, are in control of every action taken by the Republican National Committee. Like every other member of the Trump Klan, it is clear that Lara has no idea what she is doing. A CONVENTION WITHOUT LEADERSHIP The Republican National Convention will take place in Milwaukee, Wisconsin between July 15-18. Op-ed by TheWiseOldFart Florida does not produce anything needed by the other 49 states. Florida welcomes tourism from our states, and without tourism it would be a large ghost town. The policies of their Governor, Ron DeSantis, do not resemble the values and principles of my state and most others. He is clearly a racist, a fascist, a homophobe, and literally hates the people he invites to his state. But he needs their money. The weather is horrible: hot and humid. Other than public beaches, the average Floridian cannot afford the theme parks and other attractions designed to captivate the interest of tourists. Looking at politicians, and voters who claim to compose the GOP, if Trump is the best they have to offer, this tells us a lot about the lack of ability and intelligence coming from the right side of the aisle. Previously , in debates with Hillary Clinton and President Biden, he refused to answer questions and talked over answers offered by his opponents .
