The second, the sequel, of any movie is always worse than the first. This is extremely accurate when looking at the first two weeks of Trump’s illegitimate current administration. It will be remembered as a gang of criminals and greedy oligarchs: not a single credible man or woman among them. Hegseth is a former Fox News personality. His credentials include arriving at work drunk, and other escapades when he was removed from various venues for drunken and disorderly conduct, stealing funds from two veteran’s charities he led, and paying off a woman who accused him of sexual assault. Op-ed by TheWiseOldFart   Okay, I let it out. Hopefully this is the last of my negative emotions today. It’s my own fault. I read too much. Few things affect me deeply. I refuse to be lied to. Once someone, anyone, lies to me, the relationship is over. Whether it be friend or family, earning my respect is equal to my ability to give unrestricted love. Last, but not least, I abhor anyone who chooses ignorance over fact.
