Op-ed by TheWiseOldFart I am compelled to write about “the man who would be king” every day, but I take no joy in informing the American people about the most evil and destructive man in world history. I often fear that my readers “can’t handle the truth.” Between 2017 and 2021, Trump caused enormous and irreparable harm to my country. Trump 2.0 has been an effort to add every nation in the world to his plans for devastation. The people of the world are threatened by his foolhardy tariffs, and every resident of every nation is concerned about the end of world peace, fearing a third World War. The United States has not enjoyed a great leader since 1963. Without a great man or woman living in the White House who possesses great love for all the people of his or her nation, America cannot move forward. Trump fears all men and women who are highly educated. It is a certainty that his educational records are embarrassing. In 2017 he had all of them sealed for a reason. Yesterday there were more protests against Trump and his destructive and moronic policies. Many Americans called for his impeachment as his fascist policies contained in Project 2025 continue to destroy the very fabric of what made America a respected and envied nation. The attacks on Pearl Harbor and the World Trade Center resulted in increased patriotism. Trump’s damage to America will last for decades if we survive the “Three Amigos,” Trump, Elon Musk, and Vladimir Putin. One of our nation’s most treasured institutions is Harvard University. Founded in 1636, it remains a revered and respected nation comparable to Oxford and Cambridge.
