Op-ed by TheWiseOldFart I’m sure that most of you wondered why Trump chose Pam Bondi for the position of Attorney General. I did not. They have a history, and Bondi knows where the bodies are buried. Is she qualified? Only in Trump’s administration where no one is qualified for the positions they were given. Prior to that dark day in June, 2015, when Trump declared his intention to win the Republican Party’s presidential nomination, a situation brought two criminals together for the first time. Bondi was the Attorney General for the strange state of Florida. On her desk was a file which might become a case involving fraud. Several students enrolled at Trump University claimed that there was no such school, and none of the promises offered when they enrolled and gave them their money were ever fulfilled. Trump became aware of the lawsuit. What we know is that he took $25,000 from the Trump Foundation and donated it to Bondi’s reelection campaign. Bondi filed the case in the ‘round file’...

Over the last nine months there is no doubt that he is the leader of the Neo-Nazi Party in America. Trump has zero class, and his tastes in architecture are garish and gaudy. This is important to me because I love history. When an historical building is demolished, it is very painful. The scandal was exposed in March of 2016 by “Crew.” The Attorney General for the state of Florida was a woman by the name of Pam Bondi. She accepted a $25,000 donation from the Trump Foundation intended for her reelection campaign. The problem is, charitable foundations are not allowed to participate in any form of politics. Why would Trump steal money from his own charitable foundation and give it to a state official when he was living in New York City? You might remember the now defunct Trump University. It was deemed a fraud by a federal judge, and Trump was forced to pay restitution to the “students” he swindled. One of the states considering a deeper investigation into the fake university was Florida. The paperwork deciding whether or not the state would engage in an investigation would be in the hands of the state’s Attorney General, Pam Bondi.
