Op-ed by TheWiseOldFart 30 years ago, when I was in my 50s, I embraced change. Bill Clinton had just begun his second term. America’s economy was flourishing, and the future looked bright. Unfortunately, the situation in our nation’s capital was not as bright or as hopeful. Most politicians had become less involved in serving the people, and more focused on winning elections while vying for greater power and influence over the future of our nation. Although President Clinton was popular among the people, he was the target of every Republican politician on Capitol Hill. The reason was clear, at least to me: A Republican had been in the White House for the previous 12 years. Both Ronald Reagan and George H.W. Bush adopted a fiscal policy of “trickle-down economics,” which failed the majority but enhanced the already bloated wealth of the super-rich.   America is the most racist country in the world of developed nations. It is also the most diverse, as intended by our Founding Fathers. It is what makes us the most beautiful and interesting nation on the globe. Trump’s disastrous economic policy has taken the focus away from his efforts to remake the United Sates into a fascist regime. Like his heroes, Adolf Hitler, and Vladimir Putin, Trump opposes the existence of all non-whites, and all immigrants from any other part of the world than western Europe. He shares his father’s beliefs in a white’s only nation. Since 2017 Trump exposed himself as the leader of the Neo-Nazi movement in America. On a trip to France in 2018, the traitor called our fallen WWI soldiers “losers” and suckers” for fighting against the tyrants and fascists seeking world domination.
