Bush championed the creation of the Department of Homeland Security, the Patriot Act, and ICE. None of these actions were necessary. America had agencies in place to protect our nation, but they lacked sufficient funding and competent leadership. The former Governor of South Dakota was awarded for her devotion to the worst illegitimate president in history when he appointed her his Director of Homeland Security, a position for which she has no experience, and no training.
