There is another which also applies here: “We are judged by the company we keep.” Trump takes great pleasure in pardoning criminals like himself. Immediately after his undeserving inauguration he pardoned about 1,500 traitors who were convicted of treasonous actions performed on January 6, 2021. These men and women are “his people.” On Thursday he pardoned a horrible and brazen woman who stole money from funds designated for a police officer’s memorial and used it for outrageous personal expenses, including plastic surgery and luxurious family vacations. The woman, Michelle Fiore, had been in Nevada’s state government for a large number of years. When she committed her crimes, she was on the Las Vegas City Council.
