If Found Guilty, Will Trump be Sentenced to Prison?

He is accused of paying adult movie star, Stormy Daniels, $130,000 to sign an NDA hiding the fact that he paid Ms. Daniels to engage in sexual relations. He is charged with 34 counts, and could be sentenced to four years in prison if convicted. Another First for “The Donald” Trump is the first former president to be charged with a felony of this variety. When he entered the courtroom Monday, he was unusually somber and unlike other occasions when he faced criminal action, Trump barely spoke. Because of previous actions in other courtrooms, the judge immediately placed a “gag” order on all participants. If Trump violates the rule, he could be placed in jail immediately.
