Trump and His Incompetent Family Continue Their Pattern of Chaos and Disarray
Op-ed by TheWiseOldFart
It is well-known that with Trump in the White House, the
atmosphere was chaotic and in disarray. Depending on the orange buffoon’s mood,
the West Wing could experience anything from screaming and yelling to total
confusion. There was no organization and no master plan for the daily operation
inside the executive branch.
A few months ago, the RNC capitulated to Trump’s demands and
replaced its leadership. One of the new chairmen is Trump’s daughter-in-law,
Lara Trump. She, along with Michael Whatley, are in control of every action
taken by the Republican National Committee.
Like every other member of the Trump Klan, it is clear that Lara
has no idea what she is doing.
A CONVENTION WITHOUT LEADERSHIP
The Republican National Convention will take place in
Milwaukee, Wisconsin between July 15-18.
Immediately after taking control of the RNC, Trump and
Whatley fired about 60 percent of the staff. This is likely part of the reason
the convention is already disorganized.
Gary Witt, president and CEO of the Pabst Theater Group,
informed his group that the majority of venues available to the RNC have not
been booked.
[Two of downtown Milwaukee’s most iconic venues, the Pabst
Theater and Riverside Theater, will likely sit empty during the convention, he
said, as will the Vivarium and The Fitzgerald, which are both located on
Milwaukee’s East Side. Turner Hall Ballroom will host a yet-to-be announced
organization, but that arrangement was made for the DNC in 2020 before the
convention went mostly virtual.]
Witt says that planning by the RNC was “underwhelming,” and
a virtual failure. The leadership ‘overpromised and undelivered’ in every
situation. Nearly everything they were told and promised never matured.
WHAT WILL THE CONVENTION LOOK LIKE? JUST 18 DAYS REMAIN
Like everything else in his 78 years, if the name Trump is
attached to a project or and event, it will likely become a dismal failure.
Trump’s attitude of “I know everything and I only hire the best people” is now
a line to laugh at. He will be remembered as the “do nothing president.”
Apparently “The Donald” believed that being America’s
president was living the life of a real billionaire. He enjoyed golfing,
partying with millionaires and billionaires at Mar-a-Lago, and holding his hate
rallies to support his huge ego. He averaged less than three hours a day in the
West Wing when he was in Washington. He had no time to “work,” nor did he know
what the word implied or required.
I have no idea what will happen in Milwaukee next month. I
would guess that those in control of areas which can accommodate large crowds
will save the lazy and worthless derrieres of the RNC Chairmen by making
contingency plans. The Trump Klan always expects someone else to do their work
for them.
WILL THE RNC BE “HISTORICAL?’
The word “historical” has been used many times since 2015.
It almost always refers to something Trump says or does. A better word would be
“unethical,” or maybe “criminal.”
I will be anxious to see how smoothly or not the convention
goes. It seems logical that something which happens every four years would be in
the planning stages immediately after the last one is completed.
There I go using common sense again.
