Op-ed by TheWiseOldFart As an original baby boomer, I have been privy to the rebuilding of America post WWII. I have experienced changes, both good and bad, moving forward and moving backwards. However, what I saw over the last 10 years, how the progressive changes of the previous 44 presidents were destroyed by one fascist old man, in concert with his failed, and cowardly party, and under the direction of his puppeteer. All I see is the end of my country and destruction of the dreams of our Founding Fathers. No one who loves this country as much as I do would have believed what is happening in America today in their most terrifying nightmares. I never believed that the American people would be stupid enough to vote for the least qualified man in history. If they knew anything about him, they would know that in addition to being a sexual predator, his business practices were composed of criminal actions. The First Amendment guarantees the right of ordinary citizens to peacefully protest their grievances against a corrupt government. The Mother of American Fascism, Marjorie Taylor Greene does not support the Constitution, although she took an oath to “preserve and protect” our most sacred document from all enemies foreign and domestic. Maybe she enjoys being one of the most hated people in our nation. On Tuesday the Trump lackey held a Town Hall Meeting in Acworth, Georgia. In addition to angry voters, a number of Georgia’s disgraced law enforcement were present, who proved that they share MTG’s disdain for the First Amendment. Protesters were attacked with stun guns, and physically removed from the venue for interrupting and booing the worst Representative in history. Several individuals exercising their First Amendment rights were illegally arrested, proving that there is no equal protection under the law in America.
