  I could use this title for many situations in my 78 years. But this refers to last night and a dream I had just before I awoke. The dream was about Trump and involved his obesity, unhealthy diet, and refusal to exercise. He is so lazy he drives his golfcart onto the greens. He is a poster boy for a stroke or heart attack. This was my dream. Trump had a massive stroke, preventing him from being sworn in on Monday. However, I was awake immediately and realized that my dream had become a nightmare. The inauguration will take place in just four days. He will once again be lying as he promises to “preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States of America, against all enemies foreign and domestic.” He is the enemy. I’m jealous. Seth Meyers hurt Trump’s fragile ego and has been given one of his ludicrous nicknames: Marble Mouth. I have written thousands of articles focused on the evils of the orange buffoon, and Trump doesn’t care. If you read my rants frequently, you know that I never have and never will refer to Trump as my president. He is not an American by definition, and he will never serve all 340 million Americans. He will care for the citizens in states which elected him and rule over the rest. The hearings to confirm Pete Hegseth as Secretary of Defense in the Senate are scheduled to begin today. It would be extremely difficult to find a less qualified nominee. Trump could have chosen son Eric, or possibly Sean Hannity; anyone but Hegseth. However, Hegseth does not stand out among the incompetent criminals and sexual deviates selected by the draft dodger.     Republicans don’t know or don’t care that the citizens of the richest and most populous state in the Union, California, are Americans. The title of President of the United States has a definition which includes certain necessary attributes which make him or her worthy of the most powerful and important job in the world. However, never forget that he or she is nothing more than an elected public servant. I view a president as the most qualified person available for that title on election day. He or she must have years of experience in federal and/or state government. President Biden, President Elect Donald Trump, and former Presidents Barack Obama, George W. Bush, and Bill Clinton attended Jimmy Carter’s funeral on Thursday. One of them was unwelcome. According to several attendees at the event, Trump and third wife Melania were shunned by the Bidens, the Obamas, the Bush’s and the Clintons most of the time. On Thursday, January 9, 2025 America won two victories. Trump and Moscow Mitch’s stacked Supreme Court denied Trump’s appeal to halt his sentencing after being convicted on all 34 felony counts in the infamous hush money trial. On the same day, an Appellate Court denied a motion to keep the American people access to the Select Committee’s final report on the January 6, insurrection. In January of 2017 a dossier composed by former MI-6 agent Christopher Steele exposed collusion between Vladimir Putin and Trump to secure a victory for the failed businessman in the 2016 election. This information was released just days before Trump’s inauguration. However, the document could not be substantiated by Republicans and it was removed from the media. On that Sunday evening, the young man I had heard so often on the radio was scheduled to appear on the Ed Sullivan Show for the first time. There was one problem. Trump told his supporters that within an hour after his inauguration he will pardon every man and woman who was convicted of various crimes related to the January 6, 2021 attempted coup. No one convicted of a crime related to the insurrection was never charged for their true crime: treason. My wife and I were watching television when the broadcast was interrupted. The date was January 6, 2021. It was just about noon. On the screen was an old, obese, white man who was soon to be evicted from the White House. He was standing on a newly erected stage just outside the White House.
