Op-ed by TheWiseOldFart Trump has used the same, old, tired tactic for nearly 80 years. When he is asked a question he does not want to answer, or when a reporter demands an explanation for his remarks or actions, he attacks the person asking the question. The truth is his greatest enemy. When a situation requires deliberation and compromise, he lacks the ability to discuss the issue intelligently, and reverts to his only choice, “my way or the highway.” No one could be less presidential than Donald John Trump. While appearing before Congress which is investigating the reported assassination attempt against Trump on the 13 th , Wray suggested that ‘it may not have been a bullet that struck the tip of Trump’s right ear.’ The day after, I had two questions about what I watched. First, if it was a bullet, where did it go? This was a high-powered rifle, and if it was a bullet, it would probably have hit someone behind Trump. The soft tip of an ear would not redirect the bullet’s path. Director Wray believes it might have hit the teleprompter and was redirected. What struck Trump’s ear was likely shrapnel. Second, if the bullet directly hit the tip of his ear, why did he not recoil? Even an annoying fly results in head movement. IF TRUMP WAS THE TARGET, HOW DID THE SHOOTER MISS? I know for a fact that no one can believe anything Trump says, and no one can blame me for demanding answers about what the mainstream media is calling “an attempted assassination.” MY QUESTIONS The information we received about the shooter is that he purchased the rifle some time before last Saturday. He practiced at a shooting range. If this is truthful information, How is it possible that if Trump was the target, he missed a nearly 300-pound man who is six-feet-three-inches tall? The mainstream media supports Trump and will not have the courage to ask these questions, but someone must. Remember, Trump allowed thousands of Americans to die from the effects of Covid-19. With no knowledge of what to do or how to do it, he told the American people “it will just go away,” until our nation’s people began to die in March of 2020.
