Like His Idol, Adolf Hitler, Trump Continues Efforts to Destroy a Free Press

Op-ed by TheWiseOldFart Prior to 2015, Adolf Hitler was confirmed as the worst man in modern history. His fascist ‘playbook,’ Mein Kampf, contained tactics which would gain complete loyalty and control over the people of Germany in the 1930s. Key elements included “alternative facts.” He believed that if a lie is told often enough, it will eventually be accepted as fact by weak-minded and uninformed citizens. He knew that professing a belief in extreme nationalism would use the emotions of an entire nation to rally behind his fascist beliefs. WWI had crushed the German people who were eager to regain status on the world’s stage. He was also aware that if a free press existed, he would be exposed. Within a year, all “information” came exclusively from his Nazi Party. Trump’s fascist manifesto is called “Project 2025.” Its origin came from Trump’s many hate rallies attended by weak and like-minded Americans.
