Op-ed by TheWiseOldFart Contrary to Trump’s lie, Greedflation continues to grow. Domestic terrorism continues to escalate, making leaving your home a threat to your life. Protest against the fascist actions by Trump and Musk continue. Every day more Americans are losing faith in our government and find reasons to believe that our nation is broken beyond repair. Fear, despair, and mistrust have replaced any feelings of security the American people might have felt prior to January 20, 2025. Between 2017 and 2021, the Trump administration failed to present a single positive accomplishment for the majority of our nation’s people. To the contrary, the orange buffoon’s failure to take timely action when he was made aware of an approaching healthcare emergency, cost more than one million Americans their lives, and nearly placed our nation in a second Great Depression.
