Op-ed by TheWiseOldFart   Trump has been indicted four times which include 72 felony counts. He is clearly guilty of every allegation. However, he has not been charged for his most serious crime against the American people. He alone is responsible for at least 100,000 of the more than 1,000,000 lives lost related to the pandemic known as Covid-19. Healthcare experts vary in the numbers but the estimates are huge. His failure to take action when he was first informed of an oncoming world health emergency in December of 2019, and fallacious claim that “it will just go away,” until Americans began dying in March of 2020, are the reasons an unnecessary number of our nation’s people lost their lives. Trump is not only guilty of murder, he is guilty of dereliction of duty. He failed his primary purpose, to protect the safety of 330 million Americans. Not once in four years did the worst illegitimate president in the world place the American people ahead of his personal needs and desires....

Op-ed by TheWiseOldFart   For America the Covid-19 debacle was a disaster created by our illegitimate president’s administration. Tens of thousands of American lives could have been saved if Trump and his failed cronies would have done anything to avert the dangers forecast by healthcare experts as the pandemic approached America. Instead, they followed Trump’s policy of doing nothing, lying to the American people claiming that “it will just go away.” The Center for Disease Control issued a warning that Covid-19 could return and threaten additional lives. There is a booster available. Whether or not you decide to accept the warning, you must accept the concerns of the CDC as credible. However, “Republican” leaders are encouraging a renewal of Trump’s disastrous policies in 2020. The Governor of Florida is suggesting a boycott of the booster, and a refusal to wear masks if the CDC recommends them.   Op-ed by TheWiseOldFart Two facts of great importance no American can ignore, especially on November 5, 2024: More than one-million Americans died from the effects of Covid-19, and Donald Trump is directly responsible for a large number of these unnecessary deaths. This fact is based on his policy of “it will just go away,” and therefore he did nothing for three months as the virus spread rapidly. The list of reasons why electing Trump as our nation’s 45th president is long and was the biggest mistake ever made by the American people, but one stands out above the rest.
