I often fear that my readers “can’t handle the truth.” Between 2017 and 2021, Trump caused enormous and irreparable harm to my country. Although Trump’s supporters will deny the truth, it is well-known that Trump’s history is composed of criminal actions, many of them involving sexual harassment. His business practices involved tax fraud, bribing public officials, and refusing to pay contractors for work on his properties. Without bailouts from Vladimir Putin, his oligarchs, and the Saudi Royal Family, Trump would have been penniless decades prior to the 2016 election. However, when he was illegitimately elected in 2016, the seriousness of his crimes rose to frightening levels. Trump is destroying our country and his traitorous party continues to support him. Democrats are verbally denouncing his actions, but are doing nothing. Yesterday 10 Democratic Senators voted in favor of the disastrous funding bill to prevent a government shutdown, including Chuck Schumer. This offered proof once and for all that Democrats are worthless cowards who will never do the right thing regardless of the consequences. Their careers are more important than their country. All politicians who call themselves “Republicans” serve their Fuhrer. They are allowing Trump to destroy democracy, and eventually the country of our Founding Fathers. Op-ed by TheWiseOldFart Trump’s stacked Supreme Court is not deciding the relationship between laws and regulations and the Constitution, it is rewriting laws as it strikes down decisions made by legitimate Courts in the past. Affirmative Action was successful. Both minority students from low-income families and our nation’s companies benefitted from the program which created racially balanced institutions of higher education. Many great minds would have been lost if this program had not existed. However this biased and corrupt Court decided to halt all programs related to race-conscience admissions in colleges, declaring them unconstitutional. Apparently, only whites are protected by the Law of the Land. Contrary to Trump and his Court, not all of our most mentally gifted minds are wealthy and pure white.
