He will be remembered as a self-serving failure who refused to do the right thing for the people of Kentucky and the United States of America. With lifetime appointments and no way to remove a justice from office other than the impeachment process, the nine members sitting in control of our nation’s future are virtually “bulletproof.” President Biden has a solution which I continue to strongly support. He is complaining about criticism from the voting public related to his personal misdeeds , bias in favor of Donald Trump, and decisions which contradict the will of the people. He is also under attack with his five comrades who continue to vote against the intent of the Constitution.   On Friday, while attending a judicial conference, he was asked about working in a “meanspirited environment.”   "I think there's challenges to that. We're in a world and we — certainly my wife and I the last two or three years it's been — just the nastiness and the lies, it's just incredible," Thomas said.   "But you have some choices. You don't get to prevent people from doing horrible things or saying horrible things. But you have to understand and accept the fact that they can't change you unless you permit that," Thomas said.   I have a solution for the controversial justice: resign!   TH
