Op-ed by TheWiseOldFart This past weekend Trump and Kamala Harris held two large rallies. They shared one commonality: both were in states they are unlikely to win. That’s where the similarity ends. Trump was in Madison Square Garden, located in New York City. New York generally despises the old man. More than 19,000 people attended the event which some people referred to as a reenactment of a 1939 rally in support of Adolf Hitler. It has recently been confirmed that Trump is a Neo-Nazi with plans to re-make America into a fascist regime with himself as its Fuhrer. There were plenty of attacks on real Americans. Racism was the dominate theme. Joining Trump on stage were members of his family, including trophy wife, Melania, and brainless sons, Donald Jr. and Eric. Instead, they spend all their efforts on the agenda of those who call themselves “Republicans” today. “Project 2025” contains a long list of “to dos,” none of which represent the needs and wishes of the majority. I call it “chronic conservatism,” which removes both the ability to think clearly, and any concern for the people of their states. This is the result of Hurricane Beryl.    Houston was devastated, as homes and businesses became uninhabitable and closed until further notice.   The human suffering and loss of revenue is causing justifiable anger from Houston ’s residents. It is apparent that the power companies, and therefore the government, w ere unprepared for such a disastrous situation.   SORRY, BUT NOT SORRY   I do not wish to appear uncaring or unconcerned, you are my fellow Americans. However, you elected Greg Abbott and his administration whose focus has been more on preventing a woman’s right to an abortion, and punishing transexual Americans for who they are than the security and welfare of the people of their state.   A TRADITION AMONG TEXAS ’ REPUBLICAN POLITICIANS   What did Governor Greg Abbott do to relieve pain and suffering in his state. By his own actions, he has proven himself to be the biggest hypocrite in America, its worst Senator, and a traitor to the people of Texas and our nation. First elected in 2012, after he took office in January his first effort was to shut down our government and put thousands of federal employees out of work: except he and his fellow Congressmen .    A Man with no Spine, who is Void of Dignity and Integrity   During the 2016 campaign, he refused to fight back when he was constantly insulted by the orange buffoon.
