Over the last nine months there is no doubt that he is the leader of the Neo-Nazi Party in America. Trump has zero class, and his tastes in architecture are garish and gaudy. This is important to me because I love history. When an historical building is demolished, it is very painful. Trump has destroyed the entire east wing of the White House without permission from its owners, we, the people. In its place, an unnecessary “ballroom” will be constructed, which will be twice as large as what remains of the original building. Without a doubt it will be the ugliest building on Capitol Hill. Let’s take a quick look at real life, the lives of most Americans, known as the “working class.” In any state, town, or township, if you purchase a residence or business in an historical district, there are many rules and regulations preventing the destruction of our nation’s heritage. Any effort to remodel or refurbish an older building must be approved by what is usually called the “preservation committee.” Nothing can begin, no demolition, and no construction, until it is approved by the committee. Six corrupt Supreme Court justices granted Trump absolute immunity and therefore permission to become a king, dictator, Fuhrer, or anything else which defines an autocrat. Op-ed by TheWiseOldFart I have an excellent memory. I have not forgotten that one of Trump’s many unkept promises was to reduce the national debt, much of which he created. He claimed that Elon Musk and his “made-up” Department of Government Efficiency would immediately reduce the deficit by more than two-billion dollars. After the bromance between Trump and Musk ended on bad terms, and although they had fired hundreds of federal employees who actually worked in Washington, the national debt was decreased by less than 100 million dollars. Musk and his “team of young boys” were paid more money than they saved. Over the last eight months, Trump has added to the deficit. Although the national debt is nearly 37.5 trillion dollars, instead of addressing a single problem facing our nation, many of which he created, he is spending taxpayer dollars like a drunken sailor on shore leave. Trump created the unnecessary Department of Government Efficiency, promising that Elon Musk would reduce the national debt by more than two trillion dollars. Not only did he fail, DOGE continues to waste taxpayer money. The small amount of money saved by firing qualified and crucial government personnel has already been negated as Musk’s boy tech experts spend huge amounts of taxpayer money every day. Trump wants to build a “ballroom” in the White House. The cost estimate is $200 million. In the private sector he declared bankruptcy four times, including an Atlantic City casino, which is nearly impossible. He failed at every business venture in his 79 years and was “bailed out” by Russia and the Saudi Royal Family. What Trump believes and practices is “spending other people’s money.” Between 2017 and 2021 Trump averaged more than six million dollars each month pretending to be a real billionaire. What Trump has done is fire government employees who actually worked in Washington, and passed legislation that will eliminate healthcare for as many as 60 million Americans, and give additional tax cuts to his 813 oligarchs.
