Supreme Court Poised to Invalidate the Constitution and Declare Treason “Just Another Riot”

The Supreme Court of the United States has lost all
credibility. After voiding a decision by a respected Court which served our
nation diligently 49 years ago, these pretenders continue to void the
Constitution in favor of the fascists on the right side of the aisle. They
would like you to believe that only a Constitutional Scholar can accurately
interpret the Law of the Land. This is a great falsehood. The truth is these
pretenders appointed by the right are attempting to justify their own
unconstitutional actions.
Read Section three of the 14th Amendment
carefully.
[No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress,
or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or
military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously
taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States,
or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer
of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have
engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort
to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House,
remove such disability.]
Trump supporters are attempting to claim that this
stipulation is ambiguous. However, the only ambiguous part of the Constitution
is the Second Amendment. This is a fact which no one in our government is
willing to discuss.
His lawyers are ignorant assholes. I have taken the oath
numerous times. They claim that the oath taken by the president does not
include the word “support.” However, it does include “preserve, protect, and
defend.” If these three words are not synonyms for “support,” give me words
which do.
The truth is that these six justices are desperate to keep
Trump on the ballot. Their party has become more important than the future of
330 million people.
I’m positive that the authors of the 14th
Amendment never dreamed that and American president would attempt to overthrow
his own government. In my 77 years I never imagined the possibility. But
remember, our president is nothing more than a public servant, and definitely
not above the law. Trump must be tried and imprisoned for organizing, planning,
and executing the insurrection on January 6, 2021. This was no ordinary riot.
This was an attempted coup. He must also be tried for stealing classified
documents and lying about having possession of our nation’s secrets. He
committed the same crimes as Julius and Ethel Rosenberg, who were executed in
1953.
Let’s be completely honest: Trump is not an American. He
opposes the Constitution, and admits that he would never perform the duties of
a president and serve all citizens, regardless of the color of their skin,
their ethnicity, sex, sexual orientation, financial status, or their religion
of choice. We elected a man who hates America in 2016, although its legitimacy
remains in question: we cannot allow this to happen again.
