Malignant Narcissism: “a severe personality construct characterized by a combination of narcissistic traits, antisocial behavior, paranoid tendencies, and a tendency toward sadism. It's not a formally recognized diagnosis in the DSM-5 but is used to describe a particularly destructive form of narcissism. Individuals with malignant narcissism exhibit a deep-seated sense of superiority, entitlement, and a lack of empathy, often leading to manipulative and exploitative behavior towards others.” To offer a simpler definition, Trump’s concerns are exclusively focused on himself and his need to satisfy an inflated ego.
