One Very Serious and Critical Question: Why Do Republicans Hate America?

It is an irrefutable fact that today’s pseudo-Republicans
hate the principles of our Founding Fathers, and have no interest in the future
of the American People. Studies prove that they are opposed to every issue
favored by the majority.
The leader of their party is a lifelong criminal, a sexual
predator, a fascist, the biggest traitor in American history, and the worst
American president by far. I couldn’t make this s**t up.
The truth is that the real Republican Party began to implode
in 1981. Trump and his followers completed its demise in 2017, and it will
never return. The ideals and principles of the former Grand Old Party are dead
and forgotten. Today’s group has moved so far to the right they have embraced
the ideas of fascism. Human rights, liberty and justice for all, and the ideals
of understanding and compassion have long been forgotten. Money is their only
god, and support from the wealthiest five percent of our nation’s people is
priority number one.
Most importantly, why do they continue to suppress voting
rights? Why are Republican-dominated red states attacking the basic human rights
of the LGBTQ community and women? Why are they attempting to repeal the First
Amendment and establish Christianity as our nation’s one true religion? Why do
they embrace the Neo-Nazi movement?
They are attempting to destroy everything which makes
America, America. Our most cherished right, the right to vote, is under attack
with the intent of creating a lower turnout which favors right-wing
politicians. These men and women are desperate to retain the support of the
Christian Religious Right who insist that their religion, based on fantasy and
fables, become THE only valid religion in America. Between 2017 and 2021 our
nation traveled backwards to the dark days of the mid-twentieth century. If
voters decide that their choices are more important than party loyalty, and go
to the polls in record numbers, Republicans always lose.
Here's the part of the story I do not understand. Although
informed and patriotic Americans firmly believe that Trump should not b allowed
to run for office again, his support among registered Republicans continues to
grow. The line which prefaces this story should be: “How dumb are we?”
It is an undeniable fact that our country has the most
corrupt and incompetent government in the world. Of our 46 presidents only a
small percentage have been good and respected, and a much smaller percentage
have been great. On the list of worst presidents Trump is far ahead at number
one. He was a complete failure, having accomplished nothing for the majority.
His failure to address the Covid-19 coronavirus in a timely fashion resulted in
the loss of more than 1,000,000 lives. And most “Republicans” continue to
worship him as though her were a god.
I am aware that all Trump supporters believe in white
supremacy, and offer their support to the Christian Religious Right, but is
this enough to allow a man with less than average intelligence to lead a nation
of 330 million people? He failed to lead most of us for four years, why should
he receive another four years to destroy our country?
