Like We Needed Another Reason to Reject Nikki Haley’s run for the Presidency

Donald Trump is the most hated criminal in America. He is responsible for approximately 100,000 deaths from Covid-19. His refusal to take action in January of 2020, telling our nation’s people that “it will just go away,” is the reason why the death toll from the pandemic in the United States passed the one-million mark. He is the only politician to openly attempt a coupe while in office. Only Trump stole government secrets for personal use and lied about returning them: a crime punishable by death. (See Julius and Ethel Rosenberg in 1955.)

Nikki Haley admitted that if she becomes our president and Trump is convicted of treason, she would pardon the biggest criminal in American history. She is admitting that she would ignore the Constitution and protect the evil man who made her the ambassador to the United Nations. She would then become another traitor to the values and principles of our nation’s highest law, the Constitution..

Trump admitted that he was given immunity during his four long years when he was occasionally in the White House. He was above the law. Today, anyone who seeks the presidency has the right to believe they will be treated in the same manner.

The first sign that our nation was in decline began several decades in the past. Men in power and those who possessed great wealth were never prosecuted or punished for the seriousness of their crimes. This trend continues today. The poor are prosecuted to the full extent of the law. However, the rich and powerful receive nothing more than a ‘slap on the wrists,’ regardless of the crimes they commit. Justice is not blind, nor is she fair. In the 21^st century America has become a nation without laws.

Haley is nothing more than an ambitious politician. She has no interest in the future of our nation or the welfare of our country’s people than Donald Trump. She is a devout “Republican,” and that means that she is no better than Trump, Cruz, Moscow Mitch McConnell, Jim Jordan, Matt Gaetz, Marjorie Taylor Greene, Lauren Boebert, or Kevin McCarthy. The most disrespected profession in the world is that of ‘professional politician.’ This is a well-deserved description.

Trust and respect are earned. These attributes must not be given without proof that any individual deserves them based on their actions, not words. Personally, I trust no one in Washington, law enforcement, or the military. Their prejudices have become well known by informed Americans.

There is not a single man or woman claiming to be a “Republican” who is qualified or deserving of their ambition to hold public office at any level. They are nothing more than self-serving men and women who place their ambitions ahead of the American people. Nikki Haley is just another fake-Republican. I am very disappointed. There was a time when she was the Governor of South Carolina when I believed she believed in the principles and morals of the former Grand Old Party. She should be ashamed, but politicians have no shame and no respect for themselves or the American people in the 21^st century.
