Millions of Americans have been Brainwashed Because They Wanted to be Brainwashed.

If you believe that Fox News is legitimate, bringing their audience facts about current events from around the world, you are making a choice, allowing yourself to be brainwashed.

The truth is, Fox was created by Rupert Murdoch in 1996 for two purposes: increase advertising revenue by any means possible, and to become a propaganda machine for right-wing extremists.

Their original primetime personalities included one man and one woman who apparently had credentials offering them an opportunity to claim the title of “journalist.” However, after the Roger Ailes scandal, related to sexual harassment and assault, Megyn Kelly resigned. Later it was discovered that their most successful host, Bill O’Reilly, has falsified the contents of his books, and also engaged in actions making him a sexual predator, he was forced to resign his lucrative position. Today, there is only one legitimate journalist on Fox. Bre Baier will never be allowed to report in primetime. The truth is Fox’s greatest enemy.

Donald Trump is a bad actor, not a former president. Over four years he never once acted like our nation’s president. The truth is when situations arose requiring him to take action and perform the job for which some people chose him as their leader, he failed miserably. When a deadly pandemic attacked our country in 2020, he told us that he would do nothing. He claimed, “it will just go away.” Doing nothing is what he did best, resulting in the unnecessary deaths of tens of thousands of America’s men, women, and children. When he did take action, it was an effort to overthrow our democratic process, and end the dream of our Founding Fathers.

The worst part of all Trump’s actions was to deny the credibility of the 2020 election. His chosen election czar claims that it was “the fairest and safest election in history.” His lawyers lost more than 60 appeals in state’s courts, red and blue, and his own stacked Supreme Court refused to support his biggest lie of all. Millions of men and women who were once American citizens continue to support the greatest and most destructive lie in our nation’s history. They enjoy being brainwashed.

The greatest gift received by all humas is free thought. The most important guarantee in the Constitution is our right to have free thought and express our opinions. We are not forced to agree with others if the facts tell us otherwise. However, Trump supporters have surrendered these gifts.

Our country is permanently divided between those who use their brains, and those who choose to let that part of their brains die. There has never been an iota of proof offered in support of Trump and his cult.
