Our Country and Possibly the World, Have Far Too Many Hypocrites

If you are willing to be brainwashed, you watch television news. The Fourth Estate died between 2015 and November 8, 2016. They are no longer protected by the First Amendment, not by our government but by informed voters.  

Republicans Hated Trump Until His Illegitimate Win in the Electoral College 

Everyone should remember that prior to the 2016 election, most men and women who identified themselves as “Republicans” denounced Trump and his anti-American views of our country. However, after the election hypocrites including Moscow Mitch McConnell, Paul Ryan, Lindsey Graham, John Cornyn, Susan Collins, and others stood in line to kiss Trump’s humongous derriere. 

No one in today’s fake Republican Party can be trusted because they are all hypocrites. 

With a Corrupt Government Who Lies to Our People Constantly, We Can Trust No One 

I am an American. However, I am not as proud of my country as I was 40 years ago. Our nation’s people began to lose one of its two recognized political parties under the Reagan administration. Extremism slowly began its domination over all right-wing politicians. Winning elections took precedence over our nation’s future.  

Learning From the Boob Tube 

America’s voters are undoubtedly the least informed in the world. Trump once boasted that “everything I need to know I learn on television.” I believe that most of our nation’s people share his belief, refusing to read, and this is why our voters have a high percentage of ignorance. The television is often called “the boob tube” for a reason. 

In general, politicians are the least trustworthy, and most hated men and women in the world. They have earned this reputation.  

Hypocrites are Destined to Live in Hell for all Eternity 

Hypocrisy is an unforgivable sin. When any individual renounces his or her beliefs and turns 180 degrees to support the views he or she once adamantly supported, they can never be trusted. Everything they say from that day forward will be considered a lie. 

Respect for those in power is rare. This is an attribute which must be earned, not freely given. I find it extremely rare to find a single politician who deserves my respect or my trust.  

Trump’s Lies Cannot be Accurately Counted 

Lying has become a permanent policy of every extremist on the right side of the aisle. They cannot be trusted and cannot receive our respect. He told us he had never met Putin. However, records show that he was invited to Moscow in 1987 by the KGB. He and then wife Ivana eagerly attended. Putin was a high-ranking member of the Russian spy agency during that time. 

There are hundreds of times Trump lied about less important issues. However, the media failed our nation’s people by not reporting the truth. 

For example, every detail in Christopher Steele’s dossier from 2013 was based on fact. Not a single television network will report this fact. Not a single television network will re-broadcast the insurrection which happened on January 6, 2021. If they do, they will never show the American people all 3+ hours of the failed coup.

A Nation Dominated by Corruption 

As a nation, the United States has become the most corrupt in the free world, and it is likely irreparable. If the American people decide to accept lies as facts and choose to be brainwashed by FOX News and other right-wing propaganda machines, there is little hope for our nation’s future.

A Republican win by any of their unqualified men or women in 2024 would signal the end of my America. Our neighbor to the north is already making preparations for the time when our government surrenders 330 million people to a dictator.
