Supreme Court Just Shredded the Constitution: America is a Nation Without Laws

Moscow Mitch McConnell’s stacked Supreme Court is forcing Colorado to place Trump’s name on the ballot in clear violation of the 14th Amendment. My wife and I watched and listened to the violent attacks on January 6, 2021 for three hours. There is no question about this being an insurrection, designed to overthrow our government, and confirms exactly to the words in Section three of the 14th Amendment.

This right-wing biased Court has proven the fact that the Constitution has been shredded, and the United States of America is a nation without laws which should be applied to all men and women equally. Right-wing extremists on the Court and in congress have placed Trump above the law forever. It is clear that right-wing politicians in Congress and six members of the Court plan to end our democratic government and put in its place a fascist regime with Trump as the Fuhrer of our country.

Treason: “the crime of betraying one's country, especially by attempting to kill the sovereign or overthrow the government.”

This is a crime against our nation and punishable by death, and this is exactly what happened on January 6.

In 1955, Ethel and Julius Rosenberg were executed for their theft of government secrets. Trump was caught in the possession of dozens of documents after lying to the FBI. Lying to the FBI is also a crime. However, Trump is a free obese old fascist and will be allowed to continue his bid for the White House in November.

I am glad I’m and old man and I will not be forced to live under the autocratic rule of the American Fascist Party. At least not for long.

It seems that the Senator from Arizona kept the little man from South Carolina in line, and influenced him to do the right thing most of the time.
