A new “Gettysburg Address” Could be Trump’s Waterloo

For example, your illegitimate president was in Schnecksville, Pennsylvania this weekend: his last public appearance prior to his hush money criminal trial, which began today. Trump has claimed many times that he is a better President than Abraham Lincoln, therefore it was no surprise that he made his own “Gettysburg Address.” The following is a small part of his ridiculous, ignorant, and incoherent ramblings.
[TRUMP: Gettysburg, wow. I go to Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, to look, and to watch, and, uh, the statement of Robert Lee—who's no longer in favor, did you ever notice that? No longer in favor—”Never fight uphill, me boys. Never fight uphill.”
[TRUMP: What an unbelievable, I mean it was so much, and so interesting, and so vicious, and horrible—and so beautiful in so many ways.]
He Obviously has no Understanding About the Significance of What Happened in that Place
He was not talking about himself for once, so his “speech” lasted just 50 seconds. Not once did he mention a single name of one of the Union heroes who fought at Valley Forge.
I re-read his stumbling, mumbling speech several times, and still have no idea what he thought he was talking about. However, it did add to the volumes of facts offering irrefutable proof that “Big Adolf” is unfit to hold public office at any level. He is physically and mentally incompetent.

I enjoy the late-night talk shows. However, I condemn Jimmy Fallon, Jimmy Kimmel, Stephen Colbert, and Seth Meyers (to a lesser extent), for focusing on President Biden’s age. They have become part of the problem within American politics. What they should be discussing is the fact that our President has done more for our country in his first term than any president since Bill Clinton.
The two worst presidents in history, Donald Trump, and in a close second, George W. Bush, caused enormous harm to our nation, including an unnecessary loss of American lives, nearly destroying our economy, and dividing our nation’s people for decades to come.
The Supreme Court of the United States is Now the Greatest Threat to our Nation’s Future
I have been a staunch advocate for applying term limits to the legislative branch of our government for most of my adult life. I would add to this stipulation term limits for the SCOTUS.
When Trump and Moscow Mitch McConnell, with the assistance of the Federalist Society, immorally stacked the Court at the end of 2020, the reputation, integrity, and respect of our judicial branch disappeared once and for all.
Its “crowning achievement” happened on one of the darkest days in American history, June 24, 2022, six right-wing extremists reversed a 49-year-old decision by a legitimate Court, removing a woman’s right to make decisions about the future of her own physical and mental health. Overturning Roe v Wade was also a violation of the Constitution because its decision was demanded by the Christian Religious Right, in a clear and undeniable violation of the First Amendment.
Our Founding Fathers bestowed lifetime appointments for the Court’s justices. They mistakenly believed that this would prevent political involvement. They made a huge mistake. I believe, no, I know that term limits have become a necessity. Think about it: our nation will now have five of the worst individuals to ever serve on the Court for the remainder of their lives if they so choose: Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito, Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrett.
Racism, bigotry, bias, and the input of political beliefs are destructive in a free and free thinking society. This is Washington in a nutshell in the 21st century.
