The Escalation of Alito’s Failure as a Supreme Court Justice

Samuel Alito was nominated for an open seat on the Supreme
Court by George W. Bush in October of 2005, and confirmed by the Senate in
January of 2006.
His nomination forced close scrutiny from the left. Alito’s
actions in a lower court were often controversial. However, after he swore to
remain impartial, and was confirmed by a vote of 58-42. Like all right-wing politicians,
he lied.
ALITO AND THOMAS ARE OBVIOUSLY MEMBERS OF TRUMP’S CULT
Both Alito and Clarence Thomas, who was appointed in 1991 by
George H.W. Bush, continue to support issues important to the extremist faction
of those who call themselves Republicans.
We know that Thomas’ wife, “Ginny,” was present at the
beginning of the January 6 insurrection. She openly supports the worst
president in history. Records show that she and her husband received gifts in
the form of luxury vacations from billionaire supporters who favor fascism, and
the end of democracy in America.
Alito continues his futile efforts to downplay the
seriousness of incidents involving the American flag. He continues to change
his story about why it was flown upside down for several days. This symbol has
become synonymous with Trump’s baseless claim known as “stop the steal.”
Like Thomas, Alito has received numerous gifts from
billionaires who support Trump and his plans for our nation’s future.
Thomas and Alito were two of the six biased justices who are
responsible for one of the darkest days in America’s history.
On June 24, 2022, America learned that the Court had been
bastardized for decades to come. Three of the six justices who revealed that
the Court is forever politicized, are young enough to live for 30-40 more
years. Lifetime appointments are one of the biggest mistakes made by our Founding
Fathers.
The repeal of a 49-year-old decision known as Roe v Wade was
a vicious attack on women’s rights and diametrically opposed to the spirit and
intent of the Constitution. However, Moscow Mitch McConnell, in collusion with
the Federalist Society, achieved a lifetime goal supported by every member of
the former Grand Old Party. Right-Wing politicians are desperate to maintain
the support of the unconstitutional Christian Religious Right.
ABRAHAM LINCOLN FORESAW 21ST CENTURY AMERICA
It is clear to anyone paying attention that we are engaged
in a Second Civil War. The right-wing politicians in Washington bow to their
Fuhrer, Donald John Trump, and his plan to regain power and end democracy
forever by shredding the Constitution.
The war is clearly a battle between those who support a
plutocracy, controlled by a fascist government, and those of us who are loyal
to the United States of America and its guarantees of freedom and equality for
every citizen, regardless of race, ethnicity, religious belief, sex, sexual
orientation, or the color of their skin.
In this war, Trump and his supporters are the “New
Confederacy,” also known as Neo-Nazis, and patriots are the protectors of the
dreams of our Founding Fathers.
This is not a conspiracy theory. Just look at the reaction
from right-wing politicians after Trump was convicted on all 34 felony charges
in a federal court. They are mimicking his words, although his verdict was
clearly just and fair according to the evidence.
ALL HOPE IS LOST
With the corruption of six justices of the Supreme Court,
all hope is lost. They were our last chance to save our country.
Trust is earned, not freely given. I no longer trust anyone
with power or outrageous wealth. It begins with our local police, our military
leaders, politicians, religious leaders, and reaches all the way up to the
highest Court in the land.
The only weapon you and I possess is our vote. This November’s
election is the most important in the history of the world. America will either
survive or become nothing but a warm memory when the rights of everyone were
valued and protected by our leaders.
