No One Wants to Say it, but I Will: Trump is Mentally Unfit for Office

It is fair to call someone who is 78 years of age, old. I
should know; Trump is just three weeks older than me. I have some physical
problems as I move closer to being an octogenarian, but my mind is as sharp
today as it was in my 30’s.
However, it is clear that Trump cannot make that same
statement with anything resembling the truth
The old man mumbles and misspeaks constantly. It is not
unusual for him to appear lost; wondering where he is.
Trump recently spoke at a conservative women’s group calling
themselves, “Moms for Liberty.” He made multiple statements which made no sense
or were void of facts.
The only child he recognizes, Ivanka, has not been involved
in any way during her father’s 2024 campaign. She was absent at the Republican
National Convention. However, Trump made a statement claiming that he asked her
to be the U S. ambassador to the United Nations.
“I said, you would be a great ambassador to the United
Nations, United Nations secretary—there’d be nobody to compete with her,” he
said. “She may be my daughter but nobody could have competed with her, with her
rat-rat-rat you know she’s got.”
I would suggest that every member of our country’s
diplomatic corps with the experience and expertise to perform the functions
required of that position, is far more qualified than Trump’s spawn.
“She said, daddy, I don’t want to do that, I just want to
help people get jobs,” Trump continued. “She would go around—not a glamorous
job—but would go around to see Wal-Mart, to see Exxon, to see all these big
companies to hire people and she had hired, like, millions of people during the
course of her stay.”
I am not sure what he’s referring to. Walmart and Exxon have
never been associated with Ivanka Trump, and she has never been in a position
to create jobs in America. Her clothing and accessory line was manufactured in
China.
For reference, Walmart’s entire American workforce is
composed of 1.5 million employees, and Exxon, 61,500. And another fact which
you should know: during Trump’s four years in office, 2.7 million jobs were
lost.
THINK ABOUT THE POSSIBILITIES
If the old man wins in November, and Trump’s mental
abilities continue to decline, he could be removed from office by his own
cabinet with the use of the 25th Amendment. If that happened, J. D.
Vance would be sworn in as your president. Neither Democrats nor Republicans
would be pleased with this situation.
Trump is too old to lead our country. With a decline in both
his physical and mental capabilities, he is clearly unfit for office. The period
between 2017 and 2021 was a disaster. January 20, 2025 through January 20 2029
would be far worse. Think about this: if Trump survived his term, he would be
82 years old.
IREFFUTABLE FACTS
Kamala Harris is qualified, experienced and possesses the intelligence
and energy to move our nation boldly forward into the 21st century.
We need her now.
Ignore all the lies in Trump’s negative ads about Ms. Harris.
The facts tell a much different story. For example, an Attorney General cannot
remove anyone from jail or prison. Only a judge can do that. If a judge determines
that there is insufficient evidence, he or she orders the release of an alleged
criminal.
Not a single fake Republican can win an election in 2024 without
telling lies, or creating baseless conspiracy theories.
It’s time to repair our dysfunctional government. With our
votes we can remove the men and women who have failed us for years, and replace
them with women and men who will serve the nation’s people and ignore the
demands of special interests.
The most important thing you can do this year is vote. You
will be choosing patriotic Americans who will serve you and those you love for
years to come.
