I’m Scared, and Most of You Should be Too
On November 9, 2016 when the nightmare became a reality, I
was very aware that four years of an illegitimate Trump presidency would be
very bad. However, I underestimated both his incompetence and his lack of
average intelligence. His fake presidency was 100 times worse than I imagined.
Trump intentionally divided our nation’s people to a level
not seen since the Civil War. He trashed the Constitution on a daily basis as
he made it perfectly clear that he would punish all non-whites, the LGBTQ
community, anyone who challenged his doomed to fail policies, his belief that
women had only one purpose, and displayed his support of a plutocracy,
believing that simply being wealthy made you more intelligent and qualified for
anything you desired.
Then, during the last days of his illegitimate presidency,
he committed the most heinous crimes of all. On January 6, 2021, he committed
treason as he planned, organized, and executed a failed coup. On January 20,
2021, as he was evicted from the White House, he stole boxes of national
secrets, violating the Espionage Act.
Now that he apparently won a victory in the November 5, 2024
election, I am very scared. Although I believe that the election was
fraudulent, our government will never investigate the inconsistencies, and he
will have even more power, and will be 1,000 times worse than he was between
2017 and 2021.
I am in one of two groups who are most vulnerable under
Trump’s fascist manifesto, called Project 2025. The super-rich will decide the
future of working-class Americans, and those like me and my wife who are
struggling on a fixed income.
Few of our nation’s 340 million people are aware that
America has moved beyond what has been destructive capitalism. Republicans are
owned by the super-rich, and they do not resist. Money is their “god.” After
decades of bowing to the demands of our country’s billionaires, the United
States is now a plutocracy. Our nation’s wealthiest men and women are in
complete control of our country’s future. This should frighten everyone more
than anything else.
Billionaires are only concerned with becoming more wealthy.
They have no interest in the welfare of America’s working class or the elderly.
Less than a handful of today’s wealthiest men and women have experienced the
struggle facing more than one-half of all Americans who fight for survival as
low-income workers, or have fallen below the poverty line.
One important fact: a plutocracy cannot last for long
without a fascist government to support it. On January 20, 2025, they will have
a very old, white, obese, man as their puppet. Trump’s affliction with
malignant narcissism will fit perfectly with their plans to amass ultimate
power.
Allow me to offer you a little of today’s reality.
First, the Republican Party took its final breath on January
19, 2017. Trump is in complete control of every man and woman who sits on the
right side of the aisle. But this goes much farther. Vladimir Putin and Trump
formed an alliance in Moscow when they first met in 1987. He has been pulling
Trump’s strings for nearly four decades. This results in Putin’s control over
the majority of our government in 2025.
The facts show that Trump’s idols are Adolf Hitler and
Putin. Members of Trump’s MAGA party attended Neo-Nazi rallies where both
Hitler and Putin were honored.
Second, our government, including President Obama, was fully
aware of Putin’s interference in the 2016 election. However, they refused to
inform the voting public. Putin’s efforts, in concert with James Comey and the
mainstream media, secured an illegitimate victory in the Electoral College for
the least qualified and most despicable man in America.
Third: our government continues to prevent any television
network from showing a replay of the January 6, 2021 insurrection. The reason?
Anyone who watched all three hours of what happened on the darkest day in American
history cannot deny that this was an attempted coup, organized, planned, and
executed by Trump. This was an act of pure treason.
Fourth: the November 5th election was Trump’s
third in a row. In 2016, he lost the popular vote by more than three million
ballots. In 2020, that number increased to more than seven million. How is it
possible that America’s greatest criminal won the popular vote and all seven
swing states last November 5th?
I have no doubt that this election was the product of
Russian hackers, and Trump is once again an illegitimate president.
Our government is hiding their own incompetence. They were
unable to prevent Putin from winning another election for his biggest asset.
Over the last two months of the 2024 campaign, Kamala Harris
experienced enormous crowds at her rallies, including those held in swing
states. Trump’s crowds had empty seats at smaller venues, and some of his
supporters walked out during his lengthy and rambling speeches.
I have one final question you must think about. If there was
an assassination attempt on Trump in Pennsylvania, and a bullet barely nicked
his right ear, where did that bullet go? There was a wall of people behind him
and in the bullet’s path.
I have a warning for all true Americans: be prepared. Hundreds
of our nation’s people will surely suffer from Trump’s second illegitimate
presidency.
