Soon to Be Ruled Over by a Traitor, What Will Happen to America’s Already Failed Justice System?

The highest court in the land gave full immunity to traitor Donald Trump on July 1, 2024. The Supreme Court’s biased decision declared once and for all that America is a nation without laws.

“The clearest way to show what the rule of law means to us in everyday life is to recall what has happened when there is no rule of law.

"... we have been warned by the power of modern weapons, that peace may be the only climate possible for human life itself ... There must be law, steadily invoked and respected by all nations, for without law, the world promises only such meager justice as the pity of the strong upon the weak." Dwight D. Eisenhower

This quote from our nation’s 34^th President, and one of the architects of D-Day on June 6, 1944, clearly stated what has become a reality in today’s America.

I have no respect for anyone who refuses to call the events which occurred on January 6, 2021 what it was: a coup; an attempt to overthrow our nation’s democratic government. Anyone who watched the three-hour long insurrection knows that the darkest day in America was planned, organized, and executed by a sitting president, a traitor bearing the name of Donald John Trump.

On January 20, 2025, this obese, old, charlatan will be crowned as our nation’s 47^th president, but not mine. If he keeps his promise to his supporters, he will be the last fairly elected president.

One of his vile threats involves vengeance against his many accusers, who are real Americans.

It is no surprise that one of his primary targets will be Liz Cheney. She had the courage to be one of only two legitimate Republicans on the committee investigating the attempted coup. Our nation’s biggest traitor openly and falsely claimed that anyone who performed their legal responsibilities and took part in the investigation should be jailed.

Ms. Cheney responded.

[“Here is the truth: Donald Trump attempted to overturn the 2020 presidential election and seize power,” Cheney said in a statement, where she also called for the justice department special counsel, Jack Smith, to release evidence he gathered into Trump’s attempts to overturn the 2020 election. We’ll see if any other former members of the committee speak out today.]

America’s judicial system has failed miserably for decades. The rich and powerful have never been fairly punished for their serious crimes against the American people. This includes your illegitimate president, the orange buffoon whose life is composed of crimes and corruption. However, poor men and women, many of whom are Black, are punished to the full extent of the law. Many of these individuals are serving years for simply possessing marijuana. Our current system is designed to punish, not to rehabilitate. This is why America, with just over four-percent of the world’s population, maintains the incarceration of 25 percent of the world’s prison population. Another fact adds to this unfair practice: our country also has the highest rate of recidivism in the world.

Because I have watched law enforcement become corrupted over the last 78 years, I no longer trust anyone in power. This includes everyone in Washington, all members of our failed judicial system, all local law enforcement, religious leaders, and all members of  boards of directors leading our largest corporations..  

For me, that means I only trust my wife, a few close friends, and some of my extended family.

This is very sad, but also very real. Trust and respect must never be given freely, they must be earned.
