Apparently, the Polls are Bad and Cruz is Pissing in his Pants

Ted Cruz is one of the few people in the world for which I
am unable to find one positive attribute. By his own actions, he has proven
himself to be the biggest hypocrite in America, its worst Senator, and a
traitor to the people of Texas and our nation. Never forget that in his first
year in office, 2013, he obeyed his benefactors, the Koch Brothers, and was
instrumental in forcing a government shutdown. His loyalty is not to the
American people, but in support of the super-rich.
Cruz is running for a third term in November. Six years ago
he won by a slim margin, and according to the polls his actions over the last
six years could place him in a position to lose his seat to a Democrat.
I assume he is fully aware of this possibility and is
running scared. Therefore, in classic Republican style, he is attempting to
reinvent himself with blatant lies and misrepresentation of the facts.
Lie: “I try very much to have my focus be on the policies
and substance rather than going into the gutter with personal or character
attacks," Cruz told The Wall Street Journal.
The truth: Last year, playing “political football” with the
debt ceiling, Cruz said the only reason President Joe Biden hadn't yet brokered
a compromise on the matter was because "his mental faculties are too
diminished right now."
CRUZ IS ACTUALLY LEADING IN THE POLLS TODAY, BUT THE RESULTS
OF THE ELECTION IN 2018 CONTINUE TO SCARE THE PISS OUT OF HIM
I don’t believe in political parties. I find them a threat
to democracy. Voting for a party and not the best candidate is moronic.
However, in 2018 Beto O’Rourke came within two points of defeating the Trump
lackey. Hope is often hard to hold onto, but sometimes it’s all we have.
We can only hope that voters remember 2016 when Trump
cruelly assaulted Cruz’ wife, Heidi, and then claimed that his father was
involved with Lee Harvey Oswald in the murder of President John Kennedy. After
he withdrew from his campaign, Cruz began campaigning for Trump.
Then he earned the nickname, “Cancun Cruz.” When a severe
cold front devastated his home state of Texas. Beginning in February of 2018,
thousands of Texans found themselves without access to utilities. The cold was
unbearable.
With the election just months away, O’Rourke joined the
effort to help the people of his state. Cruz made the decision to leave the
state and take his family to Cancun, Mexico.
In 2021, Cruz supported Trump’s baseless election fraud
claim, and claimed that the January 6 violent insurrection was a “peaceful
protest.”
THE WORST OF THE WORST
Cruz remains the worst Senator in Washington. He is an
integral part of “the party of no,” accomplishing nothing of importance for the
last six years. His loyalty to Trump offers irrefutable truth that he is loyal
to America’s biggest traitor, not to the American people, and certainly not the
people of the Lone Star State.
Cruz’ opponent in November is Democratic Rep. Colin Allred,
a former professional football player and civil rights leader. Allred has
outraised Cruz in the first quarter of 2024, $9.5 million to $6.9 million.
We can only hope that the people of Texas will choose a
Senator who will work for them and not for Trump and America’s billionaires.
