Op-ed by TheWiseOldFart Trump was “hatched” into a life of great wealth and white privilege. He has never existed in the “real world.” His America exists only for one percent of all of our nation’s people. It is clear that he is not aware of, and has no concern about his decision to end government services and the harm it is causing for millions of Americans. He is too busy. He continues to receive $400,000 each year, and use Air Force One as his personal aircraft. He went on a trip to Asia, where he received numerous “bribes” and undeserved praise for his constant failures. He is also focused on building a monument to himself: a ballroom no one needed or wanted. When finished, it will have cost about $400,000,000, and the East Wing will be gone forever. A legitimate president would have remained in the White House and met with the leaders of both parties every day until a solution was agreed upon. Trump Was Laughing as He Ruined Halloween for Millions of Children

Op-ed by TheWiseOldFart No one will disagree with me when I say that Halloween is every child’s second favorite holiday. They love dressing up as their favorite character, real or imagined. What child doesn’t love candy? Adults have attempted to make it a day when men dress as the monsters they would like to be and women as the type of woman they are hiding within. One of the symptoms of malignant narcissism is the need to intentionally harm others. Last night, children across America were celebrating Halloween as their parents watched them closely, fearing they might be kidnapped by Trump’s Gestapo. My wife and I live in Northern Nevada, in a housing development of more than 1,600 homes. It is about 12 miles north of downtown Reno, considered a safe neighborhood. All of our streets are cul-de-sacs.  We moved here in 1999. Like all new homeowners, we were anxious to celebrate every holiday. We had no idea how many children to expect on Halloween night.
