Op-ed by TheWiseOldFart I find myself very sad all of the time. I am an old man, disabled, and losing my sight, but that I can handle: I have to. What makes me both sad and angry is what Trump and the morons in his administration are doing to my beloved country. This morning, I decided to channel my grief into sarcastic humor. I grew up laughing at some of the greatest comedians in history. They portrayed themselves as buffoons, incapable of doing anything right. I loved Laurel and Hardy, Buster Keaton, Charlie Chaplain, the Keystone Cops, and others because they made me happy; they made me laugh. Sadly, Trump and his minions are not playing parts in a movie or television show, they are real dimwits, incapable of doing anything. But they have one big difference: they are not trying to make us laugh, they are destroying everything which made America a respected and revered nation.
