I Laughed Until I Cried
Op-ed by TheWiseOldFart I grew up in Los Angeles. I was raised by a single mother. My brother and I never knew that we were poor. We were happy and had everything we needed. Our only form of entertainment came from television or Saturdays at the local movie theater. Movies composed a large percentage of our pleasure when we were not at the beach or playing sports. All movies fit into categories which include love stories, comedies, action films, dramas based on real events or from novels, and stories based on the actual lives of real people. Therefore, when I was watching Amazon Prime a few days ago, and a promotion describing an upcoming documentary about Melania Trump appeared on the screen, I laughed so hard I began to cough. Melania Trump is the old, orange buffoon’s most recent trophy wife.
