Will Six Members of the Supreme Court Uphold Trump’s Most Apparent Constitutional Violation?
Op-ed by TheWiseOldFart By law, the military forces of the United States are forbidden to take action in any situation involving democracy in America. This law is under attack by your illegitimate president. When a small group of Democratic legislators made a public service announcement intended to inform our military that they are lawfully obligated to ignore commands by the Commander-in-Chief which violate the law, Trump suggested that punishment by death should be considered for their Constitutional obligation to obey the Law of the Land. He mislabeled the event as an act of “sedition.” Trump knows nothing about the law, he never met one he didn’t break. Now that six corrupt members of the SCOTUS granted him absolute immunity, our nation’s greatest criminal will do anything he desires without fear of punishment.
