Op-ed by TheWiseOldFart Few Americans know the extent of Trump’s life of crime. In 2024, he was finally convicted in a court of law of 34 felonies. However, his crimes against America, the most egregious possible under the Law of the Land, will go unpunished thanks to six corrupt members of the Supreme Court. On January 6, 2021, Trump committed treason. I watched all three hours of the darkest day in American history, and no other word accurately describes what I and my wife witnessed. He followed the worst crime possible by the second most unforgivable violation of federal law. On January 20, 2021, Trump left the White House. With him, he took at least 14 boxes of national secrets, hiding them inside his rich man’s playpen, Mar-a-Lago. One of the many ethics violations committed by Trump and his Washington Mafia concerns the Department of Justice.
