It was an attempted coup, although it has been represented as a lesser crime by those who support Donald John Trump. The second darkest day happened in October of 2020. Breaking his own unconstitutional rule, Moscow Mitch McConnell’s choice to complete the nine-members of the Supreme Court, Amy Coney Barrett, was confirmed by the Senate just weeks prior to the presidential election in November. Moscow Mitch and Trump succeeded in their efforts to stack the Supreme Court of the United States with three additional right-wing extremists, created a super majority by 6-3. Their first notable and destructive effort occurred on June 24, 2022. Six fascist-leaning justices overturned a 49-year-old decision by a legitimate Court known as Roe v Wade.
