He is incapable of telling the truth because the truth is his greatest enemy. But, he is not alone. The Pentagon is by nature a fascist group of old men and women who enjoy playing with their very expensive toys. They realize that in peacetime, they are useless. Therefore, it is no surprise that they are obeying orders from their Fuhrer and murdering dozens of people off the coast of Venezuela, claiming they are transporting illegal drugs.
