Op-ed by TheWiseOldFart Any American citizen who watched the horrific events on January 6, 2021, and is honest with themselves, is fully aware that Trump committed treason. He planned and organized the insurrection at the Willard Hotel in D.C., and executed the violent attacks while standing just outside of the White House. In any other nation in the world, he would have been executed on that very day. Another “only in America.” Our laws have never applied to the rich and the powerful. I will never stop thinking about those three hours for as long as I live.
