In the Most Diverse Nation in the World, DEI is the Right Thing to Do
Why is Trump determined to crush any efforts to implement a
policy of DEI in American business? Simple. He is a Nazi and the leader of the
white supremacist movement in America. He was raised to believe that whites
were the persecuted race and men and women of color were attempting to take
control of our nation.
Trump’s idols are the worst men in history, including Adolf
Hitler, Vladimir Putin, and the Cown Prince of Saudi Arabia; Mohammad bin
Salman. He studied Hitler’s speeches every night.
It is true that none of this can be proven. However, several
individuals claimed that Trump’s father, “Fred Trump,” attended KKK rallies.
What is undeniable fact involves Fred Trump’s real estate empire.
Rental agents employed by Trump’s apartments were instructed
to place a large red “C” at the top of any applications submitted by men and
women of color. Trump worked for his father in these buildings after he
received his diploma, obviously purchased by his father, from Wharton Business
College. Trump lacks the integrity, intellect, and class of an Ivy League
graduate.
Another fact involves Trump’s many court appearances when he
was sued by contractors who worked on his New York buildings. Most of the
companies suing the fake real estate mogul were Hispanic.
Trump’s obsession with his doomed to fail “wall,” adds to
the fact that he is our nation’s biggest racist.
Few Americans understand DEI. Most have no idea what the
three letters stand for. It’s simple: Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion. If
you don’t believe in these considerations, you reject the First Amendment and
the rights it guarantees to all Americans.
Allow me to offer you and example of the importance of ensuring
all Americans are treated fairly.
Owners of NFL franchises are mostly racist. These
billionaires failed to interview and consider Black head coaches and other
coaching jobs including offensive and defensive coordinators.
[The Rooney Rule is an NFL policy that requires teams to
interview at least one minority and/or female candidate for certain positions.
The rule was established in 2003 to increase the number of minorities in
coaching and executive roles. It's named after Dan Rooney, the late owner of
the Pittsburgh Steelers.]
Only racists deny the fact that America’s diversity makes us
not only unique, but a better country. I have been fortunate to have known and
become friends with Americans from all walks of life. I learned more from them
about the real United States than from any book, newspaper, or magazine. I
thank my mother for allowing me to leave Catholic High School when I entered my
junior year. The teachers and students at Venice High School were far more
capable and learned than those I had in the private sector.
DEI is not a law but a policy suggested by a real federal
government. Trump’s efforts to punish businesses, colleges, and universities
for adhering to this policy is pure fascism, and he must be stopped.
Only a patriotic American should be allowed to wear the
label of President of the United States. By his own words and actions, Trump is
not an American.
