Your racist president demanded that the six justices he owns uphold his executive order and void this section of the 14 th Amendment. The only responsibility the Court has is to protect the Constitution. The vote was 6-3 with Thomas, Gorsuch, and Alito dissenting. Kavanaugh voted with the majority, but agreed only that ‘federal legislation enacted in the 1950s grants automatic citizenship for children born in the U.S.’ It says a lot about America and our corrupt government in the 21 st century. There is no reason why it was not unanimous.
