SHITTING ON ANOTHER REVERED TRADITION The first presidential helicopter landed on the White House lawn on July 12, 1957. President Eisenhower, a real Republican President, used it to travel from Air Force One after landing at Joint Base Andrews in Camp Springs, Maryland.
