A Nation Composed of Good People, Divided by a Narcissistic, Self-Serving Old Man
Op-ed by TheWiseOldFart I have friends and family who continue to believe that Trump is the greatest thing since sliced bread. I still love them. They are either confused, or they share his twisted view of a “new America,” but they are good people who I hope will someday accept facts which offer them undeniable truth. IRREFUTABLE FACT Trump has caused more damage to our nation than any of his predecessors, including George W. Bush. Bush ignored the warnings from the leaders of our national security agencies, went on vacation to Crawford, Texas, and the tragic events of 9/11 stunned and saddened our nation. Then he placed our country in two unwinnable wars in the Middle East. The loss of lives and the monetary costs were horrendous and unforgivable. Trump has intentionally divided our nation with lies and false promises. While he wastes at least 10 million of your dollars every month, flying to and from Mar-a-Lago, golfing, and other excursions unrelated to his job, you and I struggle t...
