Op-ed by TheWiseOldFart I had hope: that was the past. Since I began my growing interest in government and the ugly world of politics in 1962, as a junior in high school, at the age of 16, I have watched America abandon its integrity, its morals, its principles, and most significantly its belief in “liberty and justice for all.” With great sadness, I am obligated to tell you that my America is deceased. It happened in 2024, and only a few of us was aware of America’s demise. It happened when your illegitimate president was granted absolute immunity in all situations, public and private. However, the actions of six biased and corrupt Supreme Court Justices created a condition with far reaching ramifications, including the end of the dream of our founding fathers.
