This Story Should Make You Very Afraid About the Future of America

I first wrote this in 2016, but I must make a similar statement today: “I cannot believe that the worst man in the world, and the worst and first illegitimate president in history can win in November.”  

To offer an excuse, I was not aware that Putin was interfering in our election to help Trump win the Electoral College in 2016. 

This story is about American voters. I find it frightening and very disappointing that millions of our nation’s people are willing to vote for our country’s biggest traitor, who is a lifelong criminal, a sexual predator, the leader of the Neo-Nazi movement in America, a homophobe, and Islamophobe, who is loyal to Russian President Vladimir Putin and does not believe in a God or any Religion. 

This makes me ask the big question: is America worth saving. What kind of person would vote for Trump or his fascist party? They are not Americans. The fact that they hold the presidency to such a low level of morality offers proof that they should be disqualified from voting. 

TRUMP’S WEEKEND RALLY IN NEW JERSEY IS DISAPPOINTING BUT AN EXAMPLE OF AMERICA IN THE 21ST CENTURY 

It all began in 1981 with the Reagan administration, enhanced by the creation of the right-wing propaganda machine, FOX News, in 1996, and completed in 2016 with the rigged election which placed a Russian agent in the White House. 

With his criminal trial suspended for the weekend, Trump attended a rally in New Jersey this weekend. The size of the crowd was estimated by his staff to include as many 80,000 Neo-Nazi supporters. 

Arriving more than one and one-half hours late, he opened his remarks with the following. 

“We love Wildwood. We’ve been here many times we love this place and is [there] nowhere else I’d rather be this beautiful evening. It is a nice one, right?” he said, to cheers from supporters. 

“As you can see, today, we’re expanding the electoral map because we are going to officially play in the state of New Jersey. We’re going to win the state of New Jersey.” 

Of course, the state of New Jersey has a population of nearly 9 ½ million people, and there is no way to know where all the attendees actually came from. However, if the crowd was just 1,000 people, that is far too many. 

I DO NOT ACCEPT THE DRASTIC AND ANTI-AMERICAN CHANGES IN MY COUNTRY 

As a man who grew up during the post WWII era, I find the changes in our nation today not just unacceptable, but in opposition to every dream and hope for the new nation by our Founding Fathers. America is leaning towards fascism ruled by a Fuhrer. To many, the policies of Adolf Hitler in 1930’s Germany are preferable to the guarantees of the Bill of Rights. 

If the American people choose Trump in November, those of us who love the United States of America and what it once stood for, might as well raise a white flag and surrender. Our beloved nation is not worth saving, because a nation is its people and if the majority is willing to abandon the freedoms and rights guaranteed by the Constitution, nothing matters.
