This Biased Supreme Court Just Pissed on the Graves of our Founding Fathers

I will never accept any reason why the Supreme Court agreed
to hear the facetious claim that a President of the United States has absolute
immunity. The basic premise of the “Law of the Land,” the Constitution, is that
in America no one is above the law.
Our Founding Fathers’ primary concern when creating a form
of government for the New Nation, was preventing a president from becoming a
King, Dictator, or other form of a tyrant.
Today, July 1, 2024, Trump’s biased and stacked Court
refused to state that a president has absolute immunity. However, it did claim
that in the performance of his or her duties as president, he or she does have
complete immunity for his or her actions. They gave Trump a free pass for
ordering Mike Pence to halt the certification of the Electoral College vote on
January 6, 2021.
This Court is wrong. The Constitution must be their only priority,
and the Constitution requires the certification of the results of the Electoral
College vote.
YOU MAY BE AWARE OF MY FEELINGS ABOUT THE ELECTORAL COLLEGE
I believe that the Electoral College is unconstitutional. This
process negates the popular vote frequently, the vote of the people who the
next president will represent should be the standard. Every vote must count.
Allowing the states to select our nation’s leader is moronic and unfair.
Millions of votes are simply tossed aside.
Fact: If the Electoral College did not exist, a Democrat
would have resided in the White House for the last 31 years. Only once since
1992 has a Republican won the popular vote. This exception was in 2004 when
George W. Bush won reelection with a narrow victory over John Kerry.
However, as long as the Electoral College remains in effect,
the requirements of the Constitution must take precedence over all else. Six
members of today’s Court are rewriting laws in an obvious effort to support the
old, obese, white man who wants to be your Fuhrer.
NO SUPREME COURT HAS OVERTURNED THE DECISIONS OF A LEGITIMATE
COURT AS FREQUEENTLY AS THESE CORRUPTED FIVE MEN AND ONE WOMAN
Six of the justices on the Court have no morals, and no
respect for their predecessors. They are making their decisions based on
politics, and not the intent of the Constitution. All six are violating their
oaths of office constantly.
Like the legislative branch, the judicial branch is
dysfunctional. They are led by three men and one woman who never should have
been confirmed.
Both Clarence Thomas and Brett Kavanaugh were clearly guilty
of sexual indiscretions, and Kavanaugh likely raped Christine Blasey Ford.
Samuel Alito lied when he testified during his confirmation,
claiming that he would make decisions without bias. He has been one of the
staunchest supports of extremist right-wing policies since 2005.
Moscow Mitch McConnell broke his own unconstitutional rule,
established in 2016, when he decreed that in an election year, a vacant seat on
the Court must not be filled until after the general election.
Amy Coney Barrett was rushed through the confirmation
process, and was sworn in less than two weeks before the 2020 election. Can you
say “hypocrite?”
I, a writer for print and online newspapers, blogs, and nine
published novels, am at a loss for words. I have no solution for removing
corruption in the Court. Sadly, they are appointed for life.
However, your vote can keep the presidency in control of Democrats.
Your vote can return control of both the House and the Senate to men and women
who will work for you, not a wannabe dictator.
Election day is November 5th. Mail in your vote
or go to your assigned polling place and save our nation for yourselves and
those you love.
