Did You Know? Justice and the Law Have Little in Common
Op-ed by TheWiseOldFart
If the American people learned one thing over the last ten
years, better known as “the Lost Years,” is the fact that justice and the law
have very little in common.
For example: the intent of section three of the 14th
Amendment is clear. Anyone who engages in an insurrection, or aids and abets
the act of insurrection, may not seek public office in any election.
That’s the law. My wife and I watched all three hours of the
darkest day in American history, and what occurred cannot be labeled in any
other manner than treason with the performance of an attempted coup.
However, a corrupt Supreme Court offered their own
interpretation and subverted the rule of law, redefining the meaning of justice,
Trump’s act of treason was dismissed and every American is now suffering from
the immoral decision of five men and one woman.
This same Court, bastardized by Trump and his Nazi Party, you’re
your illegitimate president absolute immunity, guaranteeing that the worst man
in the world would never again face a criminal charge in a court of law.
If you watch ‘Law and Order’ or similar television shows,
you hear it explained all the time. In some cases, the law is so severe that
the punishment received by a defendant is unfair and unjust.
However, the SCOTUS gave Trump immunity from punishment for
the dozens of laws he commits constantly, and that is also unjust and unfair.
In America, your social status and wealth decides how laws
will be applied to each individual. If you are a working class American,
struggling to survive in the low-income demographic, and are convicted of a
crime, you will likely be punished to the full extent of the law. However, if
you are extremely wealthy, a person wielding great power, or a politician, you
will be forgiven, or if the crime is serious, nothing more than a ‘slap on the
wrist.’
Fact: Donald John Trump’s tale includes a life of criminal
and immoral activity. Some of his more egregious crimes are treason, violating
the Espionage Act, violating the tax code multiple times, sexual assault, and
pedophilia.
Trump was impeached twice in four years for cause, but never
received a fair and unbiased trial in the Senate, as required by the
Constitution.
Evidence is mounting related to the 2016 and 2024 elections.
It is apparent, and will likely be confirmed, that Trump and Putin colluded in
illegal efforts to secure a win for the least qualified candidate in the
history of any nation.
Personally, I have a question about a fraudulent action
during the 2024 campaign. I believe that the alleged attempt to assassinate
Trump in Pennsylvania was nothing more than a theatrical sketch. I will skip
the details, but will ask one question. “If a high velocity bullet barely nicked
Trump’s ear, where’s the bullet?” Where was its final ‘resting place?’
There is so much wrong with what is happening in Washington
today that I have been forced to write more articles than time permits. I hope
and pray that a great leader will rise out of the chaos and lead us away from
the ugliness that surrounds each of us every day. If there is a God, this will
happen. If not, all is lost.
