Nobody Seems to Care: Trump is Waging a War Against Venezuela Without Congress: Another Constitutional Violation

It is obvious that Trump has never read the Constitution. Why should he? He has no respect for the Law of the Land, and proves this fact as he constantly violates the Constitution.

He is waging a war against Venezuela right now without the consent of Congress. Why should he care? Six members of the Supreme Court are loyal to him, not to their country, and granted him absolute immunity. They are violating their only purpose as they evacuate their bowels on our nation’s most sacred document.

[The U.S. Constitution grants Congress the exclusive power to declare war, found in Article I, Section 8, Clause 11, which states Congress can "declare War, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water.”]

What Trump is obviously doing involves a law passed in every state in the Union. He, his incompetent Secretary of Defense, and the Pentagon are committing first degree murder. There has been no due process as commanded by the Fifth Amendment. Our military leaders are violating the Universal Code of Military Justice.

The useless and cowardly mainstream media chooses to label Trump’s criminal actions as the “Venezuelan Campaign.” I couldn’t make this shit up.

I won’t continue my display of anger and disdain for his unforgivable actions, but I leave you with one question: “what is our government and our military afraid of? Trump is an obese, ignorant, self-serving malignant narcissist who was declared the victor in two rigged elections. He is the most hated man in the world, and continues to destroy the best attributes of our nation. Why do they allow him to use the Law of the Land as toilet paper?” He is clearly violating his oath of office.

It’s time for a real coup by the people and for the people. Trump must be removed from our White House by force and punished to the full extent of the law.
