There is no Choice: ICE Must be Disbanded and the Organization Removed from our Government Forever

Thugs, villains, criminals, racists, bigots, Nazis: these terms clearly define the men who compose Trump’s personal Gestapo known as ICE.

What happened in Minneapolis to 37-year-old Renee Nicole Good was bound to happen. ICE has been escalating its acts of violence over the last 12 months. As a group, they continue to demonstrate a total lack of respect for human life. Like all schoolyard bullies, Trump is using ICE to commit crimes against humanity in his name.

Trump and his woefully unqualified Director of Homeland Security, Kristi Noem, are lying to cover-up what is clearly an act of murder. They claim that this mother of three was attempting to drive her vehicle into members of Trump’s Gestapo.

This vile event happened in a residential neighborhood, and the following is an eyewitness account.

[A witness to the shooting told CNN her "life is forever changed" after what happened.

Emily Heller recounted how she was in the middle of making breakfast when she heard whistles, a signal residents use to warn neighbours of the presence of ICE agents.

Heller said she ran outside and saw agents yelling at a woman in an SUV.

She said Good "was totally peaceful" before the agents began yelling at Good to move and "aggressively" approached her car, according to CNN.

An ICE agent stepped in front of her vehicle and said, 'Stop!' and then — I mean, she was already moving — and then, point-blank, shot her through her windshield in the face," Heller told CNN.]

This country we live in today has no resemblance to the nation I loved for 79 years. This is “Trumpland:” a country filled with anger, hatred, and violence. A country ruled by fascists who have no respect for the law and enjoy committing acts which harm and cause pain to others. A country where human life is nothing more than “collateral damage.”

Something must happen, and happen soon.
